I’m a researcher who finds joy in asking deep questions about hard problems. For the last ~10 years, I’ve worked in UX research, customer success, and market research. My experience spans product, design, marketing, research, and customer success teams. My goal is to maximize both customer experience and business value through iterative, actionable, and simplified research. I prioritize processes and action.

My background is a mix of applied environmental social science, energy program evaluation, market intelligence, SaaS research consultancy, and UX research. I apply all of these into my current research practices!
